The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the rules set forth by the regulations under Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “GDPR”), the Act on the provision of electronic services, the Telecommunications Law and the provisions of this Policy.

Legal basis: Processing is necessary to take action at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract and Our legitimate interest (processing at the request of the data subject).

We also process personal data of job applicants based on the consents obtained from them for the purpose of conducting current or future recruitment. Providing personal data in a resume is voluntary, but necessary for the recruitment process. Personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) and (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at hr@eryk.com. The administrator of the personal data is Eryk Sp. z o.o., based in Szczecin, Pl. Brama Portowa 1 70-225. The personal data will be processed until the recruitment process is completed, but no longer than for three months from the date the recruitment ends.

In the case of personal data obtained by other means than through the eryk.pl and eryk.com website (telephone, e-mail address, etc.), we process the data only for the purpose for which they were made available and for the time necessary to achieve this purpose. In the case of a planned change in the purpose of processing, we always ask the owner of the personal data for consent and inform him/her of the changing conditions of data processing.

Personal data collected by the Administrator may be made available to:

to the relevant state authorities at their request under the relevant provisions of law, to other persons and entities – for purposes related to the preparation and conclusion of the contract and in cases provided by law.
The Administrator does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.
The Administrator uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data provided by users, in particular to prevent access to them by third parties or their processing in violation of the law, to prevent data loss, damage or destruction.

Each user has the right to :

  1. Access to his personal data, the right to make additions, corrections and updates to the content of the data through electronic communication with the data controller,
  2. Demand the temporary or permanent suspension of the processing of their personal data or their deletion if they prove to be incomplete, outdated, untrue or collected in violation of the law,
  3. Object to the processing of their personal data – in cases provided for by law – and the right to demand their deletion when they become unnecessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

The data subject may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending an email to our office address: mail@eryk.com. In the message, please specify the data to be deleted from our databases.
Withdrawal of consent takes effect from the moment of this event. Your data will be processed for as long as you consent, unless further processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations (for example, for tax obligations, or for warranty and guarantee obligations arising from a contract).

If you withdraw your consent, we will delete your data immediately, no later than 5 business days from the date of notification. This is the maximum time that we operationally need to remove your data from our resources.

In connection with our processing of your data, you have the right to access, correct, request deletion, limit processing. You also have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (address: President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw).

2 Personal Data:

The Administrator undertakes to take appropriate measures to protect against unauthorized access or disclosure of data to third parties. The Administrator informs that the service operator’s databases are protected from access by third parties. 3 Cookies

The Administrator informs that the Website collects in an automatic manner only information contained in cookies. The Administrator informs that Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Service User’s terminal equipment. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.

4. Transfer of personal data
